Join Mama’s House for the 3rd Annual Welcome Back Tea Party, a beautiful afternoon of fellowship, encouragement, and community support for mothers and children in the Mama’s House Program.
Hosted by Maura Quigley, CEO & Chairwoman of the Board, and Thunderbird Hostess Tricia Prentice, Board of Directors, this year’s event will feature special guest speaker Pamela Turner. Known for her longstanding work in charitable fundraising and service, Pamela brings a heartfelt message of faith, compassion, hope, and community.

Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsoring the 3rd Annual Welcome Back Tea Party is a meaningful way to provide essential support for mothers and children in the Mama’s House Program while gathering guests for an elegant afternoon of fellowship and inspiration. Sponsorship opportunities range from $2,500 to $10,000 and include a premier table for 10 guests, program recognition, and a special gift for the table hostesses.
Each sponsorship level reflects a tangible investment in the care Mama’s House provides—ranging from approximately one week to two months of essential support for a mother and child. Additional underwriting opportunities, from $500 to $1,200, are also available to help underwrite key event elements such as photography, champagne, valet, and printing.
To be included in event materials, sponsorship commitments must be received by October 26, 2026.

Sponsors receive luncheon table seating for 10 guests, VIP Dinner Reception access at Wally’s Desert Turtle on Friday evening, February 5, and recognition opportunities based on their selected level. Higher sponsorship levels include enhanced event visibility, premium table placement, special gifts, and exclusive speaker-table seating opportunities.
Business Sponsorships:
Business sponsorships offer meaningful visibility in the official event program while providing an exceptional opportunity to entertain guests and demonstrate your company’s commitment to mothers, babies, and families in our community. Each business sponsorship includes a color advertisement in the event program, with ad size determined by the selected sponsorship level.
To be included as a named sponsor on mailed invitations, commitments must be received by October 25, 2026.
